what tricks do you have to help you fall asleep?

I found really effective to lay in your usual sleeping position and count like inhale say “one” and while exhaling say " i am sleeping" in your mind. And count as far as possible. Basically counting sheeps but like in medidation form

Every night is different with insomnia for me.

Just took some antihistamine.

Low doses of Seroquel is the one thing that works for my insomnia.

Louise hay guided sleep meditation on YouTube.

Doesn’t help me sleep really but sometimes I listen to it.

I take imovane to help me sleep.

Insomnia sucks!

I take some L-theanine as I get into bed, and lately I’ve been listening to podcasts for 30 minutes (I can set a timer on my phone to switch it off after 30 minutes).

If I can’t sleep I take 9-10mg of Melatonin.
