I am absolutely shattered but no sleep is coming. Have a cold. Think that’s effecting my sleep.

Take a Tylenol and convince yourself it’s Ambien or something.
Dead serious.
That works.
I have legit sleeping pills but sometimes I take a Benadryl and pretend like it’s the sleeping pill.
Benadryl can make you sleepy,
But not like a prescription.
Seems to work most the time.

I’ve had insomnia for more than a decade. I have serious trouble falling asleep (usually takes multiple hours laying in bed before I fall asleep)
I sometimes take 2 mg of Ativan. I dont take it every night. Benzo addiction is dangerous.

I have had insomnia since childhood.
It’s horrible!
I take imovane but it doesn’t always work and sometimes when it does work it only works for two hours.
