Hello. I am trying to apply for disability. I’ve come to the section that is asking for phone numbers of my doctor/healthcare provider.
My question is this: Do I have to provide my doctor’s personal phone number, or can I just give the phone number of the place where they work?
Maybe this is a dumb question, but it’s got me stymied for the moment and I really need help. Thanks in advance.
Probably just give the workplace number…if they require the docs personal number they can get it from them…
I just want to say good luck with your disability getting approved. I got it first time but my brother who has bipolar, autism and ADHD it took 10 years. And my dad is still fighting for his and he has schizoaffective disorder like me.
I agree with flamoftherhine. Your doctor’s workplace phone number should do.
Thanks everyone. Well I was just hospitalized a couple of years ago and I’m currently on seroquel and risperidone, so I hope that will be to my advantage.
