Waves exhibit both wave and particle behaviour. The double slit experiment is the go to example for it

One thing that’s really odd about the double slit experiment is that even when there is one slit instead of two slits,
The quantum wave still exhibits interference.
And they say that it indicates the wave interfering with itself. Instead of with another wave.
How do they know this? Just rhetorical
I might just be very confused because I’m a beginner.

Could that be onto a wave interference or is it always onto a wave interference?

Sometimes, yes.
I don’t understand it either but it came up in my psychosis so I have to take it seriously.
Also I hear ppl like science, and it got me curious to see what science is about.

My experience is that when psychosis flares up it is best to relax as much as possible. Studying can be stressful for me, so I try to limit that.

@Zoe I would say yeah, in physics, but maybe in maths they call them the same regardless. In physics, infinities is a sign a theory isn’t working, in maths it is a sign of unexplored mathematics

I’m doing mostly mathematics so far, currently doing cmplex numbers. It’s going okay thankyou, I’d say it’s going really well because I don’t feel pressure anymore at the moment (i can take as long as I want to complete the course)
In terms of physics topics, I’m only doing th maths side of things. But i’m gonna start the cosmology topics at grad level on that website to see how i fare.
Completely online, still with the OU. The only other provider of a distnace learning physics course, is UCLAN in the midlands. There’s is a much more accessible course (less maths, more qualitative course)

Yeah man, i’m happy atm. So much so i had a dream yesterday that I was doing as assignment and i woke up thinking I had to hand it in lol 
I’m quite immersed into it, it’s good for my wellbeing massively as well. Having something to study when you are an intellectual type / thinking type is a really good feeling

Reading and studying, making sense of the world, whether in numbers or other ways, helps me with the anxiety. Does it help u 2 with that.
