A bit scared. Feel like I am being followed

I have this thing were the department of work and pensions follow me because I believe they have got access to my psych notes.

I horrible period preceded my first hospital stay. I am certain I have been followed since.

For a while it was the cops but now it is the dWP. I think the dWP has access to my notes and are using them against me

Today was depot day. Dad drove me to the clinic and a guy was pretending to wash his car in the street.

At the clinic car park a gardener dude whispered down his sleeve then I noticed a woman sat in a parked car.

They have tapped my phone so they knew exactly where and when I would be. I am certain they have access to my calls.

Tbh I am writing this for the benefit of the dWP. Either arrest me or just leave me alone. This watchful waiting is killing me I am close to desperate.

It sounds to me like you may be a bit symptomatic Jimbob. Are you taking the meds and getting enough sleep?

I think social security reads the reports of your psychiatrists and can check if you don’t moonlight or do things that aren’t allowed etc.

But they don’t tap your phone. They don’t have the resources and frankly you’re a too small fish to fry.

That’s how I look at it.

If they are, it’s because it’s a hobby for people with nothing better to do. I wouldn’t worry about them. They aren’t intelligent enough to cause much, but annoyance.

I think most of my depot leaked out today. I felt liquid running down my thigh.

When I checked it wasn’t blood so it can only have been the depot.

This also happened on the previous depot.

Plus the nurse says I have lumps all over by buttcheek where I have been injected

It sounds like you would be better off taking pills if you have continual problems with the depot. I would at least ask about that, if you are onboard with taking them daily that is.

Yeah !:slightly_smiling_face:it can help.

I prefer the blinds down.

I have them up a little for my three indoor plants sake but this week I was feeling so awful i pulled the blinds down.

My favourite was in sa when I lived there we had wicked wall hangings of material covering all windows and it was nice and dark and cozy inside.
