90 percent dark chocolate let's discuss

Do you like it?

Are there benefits to eating daily amount of chocolate in moderation?

I added 40 g of dark chocolate per day into my days, until I get bored of it.

It’s so nice with porridge.

I read quite a few benefits.

Do you know any scientifically backed ones?

I like that it has caffeine in it as I don’t drink coffee but caffeine in dark chocolate isn’t as much especially since I eat a bit of choc in the morning and a bit at night so it’s not so much in one go.

I’m trying to adapt to a keto diet. Ultra low carbs and high fat. I find it hard getting good fat and stuff into my diet but dark chocolate is good and keto. Gotta love that and will be getting some! I don’t mind dark chocolate but honestly all chocolate is good.

Yes and even 90 percent dark chocolate is tasty.

If you have the right taste buds for it.

It’s bitter. Lol.

I like it. Skipped to vegan chocolate now, which has the extra benefit: kid hates it. So it’s all for me.

I think it’s proven that dark chocolate helps against stress. (like stuff in it that does it, not just that it tastes good)

Dark chocolate consumption in moderation has many health benefits including improved heart and brain health.
It also lowers the risks of getting cancer and type 2 diabetes.

You are on the right track @Zoe
