the past 3 day ive got up at 5am, i wake and can’t go back asleep, when i wake im pure alert, maybe im drinking too much coffee, i need my sleep
What time did you go to sleep?
The same thing happens to me when I take my Saphris. I think our lives would be a lot better if we could just sleep like a normal person. I woke up at 3:30 this morning.
Just got home. Going to bed.
10pm i surpose i got 7 hours kip i feel ok
…but i usally get mostly 9 hours sleep
only for the zyprexa id get no sleep,
I tried Saphris for a few months and it gave me horrible insomnia. Plus, it made me get up in the middle of the night and eat large amounts of foods. The “sleep eating” has stopped. But the insomnia is still a problem–months after I stopped it.

If I walked as much as you did, I’d be out cold. I sleep pretty well if I’ve had an active day. But no activity and I’m awake for a while.

I always stay up till 4 to 5 am and then wake up around 2 or 3 pm
