5 and a half year without psychosis

Counting!! :wink::wink:
Happy because of such a long period of time.
Also 1 month and two days without ablify.
Almost 6 months on vraylar… :wink:
And for 6 months (almost half a year) I am working in a bookstore.:books::books:

I’m happy for you. I couldn’t work taking 3 mg of vraylar. I wish you luck!

Big thanks @Nirvana
I am not sure though, if I am really feeling that good or it’s just vraylar
Overall it took time to see vraylar’s full effect. Like 3-4 months.

I also stopped my adhd medicine several weeks ago. Now I realise they helped me a bit to concentrate, but I lived 99% of my life without ADHD medicine and I doubt they’re crucial for me.

@Milly thanks thanks :slightly_smiling_face:

@HyperactiveNectar did you gain weight on Vraylar?

I am quite not sure. I gained 2 kilos in several last months, but I am not sure if it’s connected to vraylar

Thank you so much. My dr. has offered to put me on Vraylar.

Did I read you lost weight too?

Sadly first lost, then gained. I lost like 7-8 kilos and gained 2 again :frowning:

I’m wondering if I should try it. I’m afraid of weight gain. People wrote reviews on Vraylar and many of them said they put on weight :-(.

It’s a really good med but it takes time to reach its full effect.
Overall, for me there were no massive weight changes on vraylar.
But I am also moving a lot due to my work specifics @SpringRose

Congrats on doing well @HyperactiveNectar. Sorry to highjack your thread.

Can I message you about Vraylar?

Yeee ofc @SpringRose

@HyperactiveNectar are you the one who had meth psychosis idk and I don’t wanna say it was however if it was drug induced maybe you don’t have schizophrenia idk meth induced psychosis can last months after idk I’m not a doctor but still that’s a huge accomplishment

@fish_the_archer yeah it’s me, just probably it was amphetamine (still unclear after all those years)
I also started thinking it’s not SZ.
But it was truly long psychosis… :confused:
I am also very happy for so many years without psychosis

Yeah psychosis can be very incredibly scary and even if you feel grandiose it still will eventually turn scary you know what I’m saying
