I’m right on the cusp of being overweight according to the BMI scale.

Yea, maybe I shouldn’t complain so much. I could be in a worse position.
You’re in an enviable position. You’re stable AND not overweight.
It’s tempting to get extreme ideas when the weighing scales don’t go the way we want, so don’t fall into that trap. Keep a cool head.
You’re very good to me @everhopeful
I lost around 4 kilos in October and lost 5 kilos since 09/24. It’s good for me.
Day 31: To recap the month for me. After a slow start, finally started exercising a bit most days. Eating within my calorie limit and logging daily in MFP again for the last 17 days or so. Lowered my step count to 6000 a day as someone else mentioned they did (can’t recall who, but shout out to them). This is making all the difference in motivating me to move, as it is a much more manageable goal to reach than 10000 steps. Lost 3 lbs this month! I think the food scale is really helping plus moving more. Just 12lbs or so from my pre-illness weight. And even that is not the ideal body weight for my height according to the standards. Feel like I’m a smidgen stronger than earlier this month but still doughy feeling. Working on the drinking. Its not really a struggle but a … something… something I fall back onto when times are tough, its the first thing I reach for to cope. Reached back to my DBT skills worksheets and reviewed them. Printed off a diary card and it is helping me to remember other coping skills… when I can think of them.
I have been walking the past couple days, and using the Lose It app, how about you @Skims?
