Keep going !

I had to switch to 4mg lozenges to get off vaping. Then I quit the lozenges.

If I make it through today it will be my first day. I put my first full strength nicotine patch on 12 hours ago. It is my first patch I have ever tried. It is working great. I also took a full strength nicotine Lozenge as directed when feeling like Vaping.

I’m thinking I should have done the same…
I didn’t get any patches or gum and just went cold turkey.

I’m feeling weird AF!

Lol, but I’m hanging in there.

Good luck to you

I found lozenges to be much better than gum.

Full strength 4mg though.

Those patches are expensive. Cheapest I found where Miejer brand. 14 patches for around 30 dollars. Each patch last 24hrs. And about 60 lozanges for 30 dollars or something. It is three months program. Each month supposed to go down in nicotine strength or something. The patches take around 4hrs to start kicking in. The lozenges Works in minutes but don’t last long. Figuring around 80 dollars average per month this stuff.
