I don’t want to offend anybody who likes risperidone. My personal opinion is that it wasn’t strong enough because although I was on the maximum I still had racing thoughts, hallucinations and paranoia. It also caused me to have insomnia and it ruined my sexlife.

ye my sex life is ruined too but aside from that no side effects…

Does it help you @Om_Sadasiva ? Im on consta and oral the equivalent to 10mg risperdal, i have tried higher dose but it made me feel ill.
I don’t want to make any kind of offence about my personal opinion but i find conventional antipsychotics more tolerable than risperidone. I believe that i am the exception from the rule amd that 2 out of 3 will find risperidone more tolerable.
it definitely helps with positive symptoms.
I dont know yet if it helps with negative ones…
