Did the 10 but the second 5km was hard going. Perhaps @Minnii and @turningthepage you are right and I should scale down. Maybe to 8 kms = 5 miles.
10 kms is 6.25 miles.

Donât need to do it all at once though, start small and increase by week. 10km a day seems a lot for someone who doesnât exercise at all.
I understand being ambitious but you may tire yourself out so much that you give up. Wouldnât want that to happen
Itâs been over 5 years since Iâve been in a taxi. A roughly equivalent journey back then was ÂŁ12 for there and back.
I must admit to not being a good judge in such matters. You are right, I am terribly unfit.
