That’s it, no more slacking. I’m going for a 5km walk. I just hope my hip holds up.

I started with a simple goal of walking 10kms a day. I got a simple fitness tracker and slowly I improved over months to get there. It’s good to just say to yourself this is the day. Move from there and it does get easier. Regular exercise is so good for you.

Yeah, it went swiftly this time. I took a rest- stop only once this time. Last time I took two stops.
10km a day?! You are fit mate.
I hope my hip gets better, then I can start jogging again.
