I got an app for my kindle that tracks the food I eat. Its very insightful, makes me think about what I’m putting into my body. You can scan barcodes of the foods you are eating and input the activities you’ve done for the day.

For the boredom eaters: Buy veggies, celery, carrots, broccoli, cherry tomatoes, and low fat dip and put them on a tray in your frig. Then you have a ready made handy snack. Veggies have little calories and lots of fiber.

don’t eat and exersize hmmm maybe after this donut yup yup on Monday maybe alright then.
