Actually that doesn’t work as I just get take out food when I have none
I have put on over 20 lbs in the last few months
My weight was stable at a low amount for nearly 2 years, and now it’s all going to pot

When I first started my diet, I ate vegetables like sliced peppers and baby carrots, and drank lots of water. It helped me get past the hunger. Another thing I did was drink Crystal light
I clean something everytime I try to comfort eat.
Instead of eating comfort food, pass the time with an activity with a chore, job or hobby which will make you forget about your hunger.
Oxytocin improves health and well being. Helps weight loss. Helps sleep. Helps sooo much.
But love is not limited to romantic love.
But bonding helps and it can be done with anyone in many ways.

Maybe eat lotsa fruit. Put together your on fruit bowl lotsa melon - bananas are good to hold
It all together. A little of Splenda.
Juice. Gatorade. Water. Stuff that fills u up low cal
