Joining the workforce allows you to have income to spend. The government of a country’s macroeconomic policy is to have the lowest unemployment rate as possible. A country must utilise its population so that each citizen can benefit from the work they do. Healthcare, social security and retirement pension ought to be covered by the employer or government. Personal income taxes are a minor factor when an individual is employed.
