I took my first dose of Sarcosine yesterday evening and my second this evening. After I took the first dose I didn’t sweat when I exercised. For me, that is strange because I usually sweat easily and a lot. I think it is the Sarcosine that is doing it. I’m following their advise about starting out with one gram a day and working up to two grams. If the Sarcosine stopped me from sweating that is a major change in body chemistry.

I think I am a little less anxious. It seemed that way to me when I was in group. If it could relieve my anxiety I would be ecstatic.

I am on Sarcosine as well as Clozapine, a bad combination as they supposively cancel each other out, however the clozapine has still had a nearly miraculous effect on the negative symptoms of my schizophrenia.
Did you mean to say “sarcosine has still had a nearly miracrulous effect” ?
