I have heard of Coby meat which is luxury organic cows.

Deer meat… birds… duck…

Buffalo burgers are pretty tasty from what I remember

In France in the butchers shop, they are required by law to keep the paws on the skinned carcasses of the rabbits.
Without the paws you can’t tell the difference between a cat and a rabbit.

I dunno I never ate prosciutto till I was 20 now I love it. But I dunno how rare it is…

Also if you cook it properly, any meat can be rare :wink:

i bet lion meat is rare. might be too thick to eat anyways… so probably not a meat i can get at all

I’ve had buffalo which was pretty tasty but I felt like I bad about eating a buffalo. I also have had frog legs, they taste like chicken.

My old neighbor who is from Mexico once made fried crickets, it was damn tasty and crispy.
