What is the most interesting tasting animal you have ever eaten

Being an exotic Hunter I have had a lot of relatives that have brought back different types of animal meat from all parts of the world I don’t care for much of the animals that we do eat and that they’re not organic I’d say for me the most interesting animal I have ever eaten that’s got to be beaver next interesting one was kangaroo although I’ve eaten lion tiger moose bear horse xcetera you may ask why because I believe you should try anything and everything at least once in your life but keep nothing has a habit with this said what is the most disgusting animal you have ever eaten

I hate to even admit this but turtle was the worst. My Gma use to make turtle soup horrible.

Not too exotic but I would have to say goat was my least favorite.

It was pretty bad, but I had a single bite of alligator meat in New Orleans. I didn’t like it.

Never anything past chicken, pig, cow and turkey.

Might’ve had lamb once. So that’s the most disgusting I’ve tried

I have a Native Alaskan friend who brought back some muktuk from her home village… it’s the blubber and skin from a whale. It was disgusting!

I had been in a place where
the traditional dish is frog’s legs.
I can’t remember if I ate or not

Reindeer has a pretty interesting taste.
They mostly eat moss or lichen, so their meat has a naturally sweet, seasoned flavor.

Escargot is awesome if they are sauteed in shallots and butter.

These were sauteed with wine, shallots, garlic, parsley and butter,

But they’re still chewy.

The taste is good though.
