the anti psychotic effects werent strong enough
side effects werent nice either
You could increase the dose of seroquel that you’re on. You said you were on a very low dose.
Have you tried it for at least 3 months?
If not it’s too early to tell!!

Are you doing any sort of CBT? Therapy? Workbooks? Any daily exercise? Keeping a recovery journal? I’ve found all of these things to have more sustained value than supplements, even sarcosine.
