Can't believe my attitude these days...I am even exercising!

Ever since I found out that I lost 25 pounds I am on a mission to lose the rest !! yesterday I started doing isometrics with my arms and I never thought I would ever exercise again !! don’t lose hope…just eat less…

Good for you, @jukebox! I watch what I eat and exercise every day too. I like yoga. I’ve been doing yoga for the last twelve years. It keeps me flexible, strong and fit.
