When I was on prozac I was not having nightmares.

Talk to your pdoc at length about it. They might know some good med to put you on. Tell them all about your ocd and your nightmares, and anything else that might be bothering you.

So you’re on Zoloft at least since October 2019 and to this day are using it and having nightmares?
I was once on Zoloft (sertraline) too and among all SSRIs it caused for me most nightmares. You should just go to your doc and ask for a change. If you have enormous OCD, then the best choice would be clomipramine, though it’s an old invention, TLPD and has too many side effects. But anyway, just ask your doctor for something different, there is a lot to choose from.
