My neighbors won’t leave me alone. My mom visited me she says I’m hearing things. I feel sad and can’t catch a break.

Oh you didn’t know you were hearing things? You didn’t realize it was auditory hallucinations? That’s what the medicine is supposed to be helping with. That way you don’t have to “hear” the neighbors all the time. I’m sorry I thought you knew already.

It’s not your neighbors. You need to find the right meds and the appropriate dosage.
I hear voices that pretend to be people in my neighborhood, but they are pretty quiet and because of my meds, easy to ignore most of the time.
If you can find the right meds and take them as directed, you will hopefully be able to find some relief from your voices. Good luck @roxanna!
