i went for a swim and float for 4 hours today in my pool
in your opinion does this count as taking a bath or shower

No. In fact, I recommend bathing/showering after swimming. Was it a chlorine or salt pool? I always shower after swimming.

@trelos actually i do have ocd but not to bad
i count things and check things like my my sugars - diabetes , weight,
doors locked car locked and other things
but i agree it doesn’t count
You might want to wash off some of the chlorine in different spots.

I have ocd and it rules my life. It would get worse if we had a pool. Chlorine freaks me out.

nice skinny dipping here is possible we have total privacy surrounded by woods
but i would be paranoid anyway so no skinny dipping for me
