I showered last night and again this afternoon. will shower again in the morning to wake myself up and to help get rid of my bed head. im starting to dislike showers in the summer.

Yep, 3 today. One in the morning, one after mowing the lawn, and one after getting a haircut. Feels good to be clean.

You’re making me look bad!
The shower I share with the roommate is downright filthy. The mat has black crap growing around it and under it, there’s scum everywhere, and the water doesn’t drain well and clogs up and gets up around your ankles. I really need a shower but I’m probably not doing it until tomorrow cuz I can’t stand the shower. The sink is permanently clogged so I can’t shave unless I go downstairs.

I shower once or twice a day. If I don’t I can’t sleep.
Why don’t you clean it so you can use it? Then you’ll feel better.
I don’t know what type of cleaner to buy, I’m guessing I need a sponge with a rough side, and I’d need to order a new bath mat or just remove the existing one. I’d need to pick it up next time I go to the store and we don’t have a car right now, stepdad’s is in the shop. What do I use to clean bath tub surfaces? Is there a cleaner specifically for that?
I’ve never had to clean a shower this dirty before, when I use showers for years at a time they never get this dirty, I don’t know if the roommate spelunks or mountain climbs or rolls in mud before he showers or what.

For a super dirty mold use a bleach solution. Mix 2 parts water to 1 part bleach. For really hard mold use half ands half. Full strength does good but the fumes are overwhelming.
Oh and clean the drain first. Sounds like it has a lot of gunk. A wire coat hanger with a hook bent on the end works well.

Comet or scrubbing bubbles.
Even when I was peak of my most schizo I had to take a shower every day. I’m a grease ball if I don’t shower. I can’t climb into my clean bed at night feeling greasy.
