It’s morning and almost 11am where I am. I took it last night as usual though.
no, i’ve run out of one of them:
My morning meds, but not my night meds. I’m tapering off Lamictal so I’ll take less of that tonight.
I took my meds. I hate them. They make me so groggy! I am now taking half of the Saphris that I used to take, and they are still making me sleepy. What the heck, Sapris?!
I took lithium and Lexapro earlier in the day; now I need to eat for Latuda and take Clozaril before bed (makes me really tired).
Took my morning dose, didn’t take my PM dose yet.
I take my meds as prescribed and religiously every day.

Take your meds everyday. No excuses! You will win the battle.
How any of y’all do this without the aid of caffeine is beyond me. Happy starsurfing
All three times. I’m back on track after getting lazy in the board & care home for two years and accidentally skipping doses regularly. But something clicked and I am remembering the majority of the time. My goal is to be perfect and never skip doses.
