I got some really nice clothes, plus two winter jackets (I live in the Midwest) and a indoor grill. I love to cook and it’s too cold to cook outside. Plus I get to see my brother every year at Christmas. He lives in Denver.

The gifts I got came from my sister; I was very surprised she got me something, as we don’t normally do the gift thing (she knows how broke I am). This year, though, she got me a Brita filter/pitcher, a nice durable plastic water bottle/cup thing for taking to the gym, as well as a couple very nice bath towels (nicer than I would buy for myself). I was both surprised and delighted. 
I never expect gifts for any reason.

I bought myself a free sick kitten off craigslist. Sent him to the vet. Cost me a 100 bucks. Best GIFT to myself Everrrrrrr.

He’s apparently five months old (not 3 as stated in craigslist ad). He had a respiratory infection and a horrible ear mite infection, but
those are all cleared up now (the mites need half a week more of drops, but i’ve got them all ready for him).
He’s apparently part bengal, too! His coat has interesting marks on it. Straight lines down the back and some little curvy circles on his flank.

I just got clothes, i needed them horribly because i’ve transformed throughout the years into somewhat of a monk and i didn’t have any.
I’m trapped in a meditation loop actually and i never get around to anything.
I got what i wanted and needed though.
So now i’m set on clothes for the next ten or so years, good christmas.

I split the total of $500 we got from my parents this year, so we each had $250 to spend on Christmas so I left mine in the bank and shopped online for a new set of Skecher’s loafers and 2 King Crimson CD’s. Angela wanted to buy me a pair of shoes too so that’s what she did plus socks and three new shirts for me! I feel like a new man. Especially since I stopped smoking. the money lasts a lot longer than it used to.

That’s a pretty good gift for that kitty. So awesome of you! I have a Bengal. I got him for free and then spent $154.00 at the vet to find out he just needed different food He’s the most wonderful cat! He pees on the carpet around the house (Bengals are known for marking), he needs attention constantly and has a variety of very loud and very unusual meows/howls. So we understand why other people got rid of him (he was brought to the shelter three times), but he’s with us for life. He’s the most loving beautiful cat and we adore him. I hope you’ll enjoy and adore your little beauty! (Our boy weighs 14lbs)

awww! My kitten is 4.5 lbs lol, but he is definitely needy for sure! He still nestles and sleeps on my check when I’m asleep.
