It’s not as bad as I had expected, but it was still brutal. I had to go into town, about a half an hour drive, and the highway was so slick traffic was slow down to about 50 km an hour. Half of the usual

I just got this from my power company. My heater is gas though and we have a whole house generator too that runs off natural gas.
Coonasses don’t know what to do with all this cold.
It was -29 F here this morning, about -45 with the wind blowing. I haven’t driven this past week cuz it was so cold and my car had a hard time of it, but today was the Xmas party at my clubhouse so I ventured out. It was crazy how the wind kept blowing “snow snakes” across the road, their sinuous little bodies whipping around.
It’s 30 c + and sun shine.
