It is COLD outside, i could hardly smoke half a cig without shaking like a massage chair. Yo no puedo. I hope it can be comfortably cold one of these days, but from what i’m seeing it’s going to stay like this for a while, what a WARM welcome to the states, lol.

I’m in Kansas, it’s in the negatives and snowing. Super windy too which makes it worse. But I don’t have anywhere to be today, so I’m staying in.

Same here. I went to walmart and suffered the whole way back home (no car), i hope you stay warm. But i was being a dummy, i have amazon prime and could have ordered some groceries home : p

I’m in Michigan, storm hasn’t hit yet. It’s expected to hit around 10p. We’re not expecting a terrible amount of snow, but it’s going to be cold af and windy af. It will be very cold the next few days. With 30 mph winds gusting up to 50 mph, I’m mostly worried about losing power, like from trees or tree branches falling on power lines. With how cold it is going to be I would not last too long with no working furnace. I would go find a hotel that still had power.

Oof, i hope you stay safe. I hope you don’t have any power outage. Over here the power grid is very fragile, and some of my friends already have a power outage! I hope this winter doesn’t treat us too bad.

It’s still 60 Fahrenheit here. Outside with no jacket. But the cold is coming tonight and will be here until Monday.

We’re supposed to hit 6F degrees for a high tomorrow. I forget the low. It’s already snowing here and the roads look gross.
I made my husband let us go grocery shopping last night. He wasn’t happy, we don’t typically drive at night, especially un rain, but if I hadn’t we wouldn’t be going at all.

It was -5 F in Eastern Oklahoma this morning. My heater went out for a little while, but I got it working again. We have a hoard of cats on our doorstep where I live. I let them all inside and fed them, and they are much happier.

It’s extremely warm for this time of year where I am. Usually we’d have snow and temps below freezing but it’s currently 51f.
There’s a rain storm happening where I am. A tree knocked my power out:( The power company says it won’t be back on for another 6.5 hours!
