Would you travel for potential dates?

So, ive been using dating apps for awhile. In a town of 250000 ive run out of people to swipe on. I set the apps to global and now i have more people to talk with.

Anyways ive been chatting with 2 girls for the past month and they want to meet me in person. The question tho is if i wanna spend my savings on a trip to cities in other provinces once the covid restrictions die down. I thought more far ahead and noticed that if i really did like them and enjoyed the dates, how would i even be able to afford moving to where they are on schizobucks?

Tbh, i set my apps back to normal and now im gonna go back to studying for a stable job that would allow me to move if the chance comes.

Long distance is hard even if you meet and hook up. I moved from one country to another and it was fun as hell but I’m still living with the financial fallout 20 years later…

Life is worth living and throwing the dice sometimes but long distance really can be hard.
