At least cancer is curable…

Hmmm I’m not sure.

Some types of cancer are very aggressive.

Some are more treatable.

I think maybe the more treatable form of cancer

But its a tricky one

I’d need to meditate on that

No doubt in my mind that I’d much rather have cancer.

I think that is a pretty awful thing to ask someone with schizophrenia.

What a terrible thread.
They are both awful afflictions to have!

I prefer schizophrenia, I am happy with what I have and I am schizophrenic.

I just found out a friend of mine, who is a breast cancer survivor, has it back. The cancer is back. I can’t believe it, it’s been like 10 years, I’m so sad for her.

I prefer schizophrenia. My little niece died of cancer when she was thirteen, after battling it since she was five. I’ll take schizophrenia any day.

I’ll take sza over cancer anyday.

Definitely sz. Now that I’m remission for it I can handle it. Three of my relatives died of cancer this year and it was awful to witness.

I’ve watched too many people die of cancer, my own grandmother, and those I’ve nursed in hospice.

I’ve seen too many that are like us, with less insight and even unaware to the reason why they suffer.

They are two different diseases with horrible conditions for all afflicted, with varying severity. I don’t find them comparable in the least

The choice is moot, and I find the only correct healthy answer to be neither.

Plus, to many variables, severity, recovery options, money, etc etc

I wish I haven’t gotten neither.

They both deadly and especially sz in my case. sza

Cancer is definitely worse. I’ve seen it more than once in my family and it’s nothing to sneeze at.

The treatment for cancer is so much worse than that for sz/sza. That’s why I choose sz/sza.

I’ll probably have both one day so I don’t need to choose.

I consider it my fate to have gotten schizophrenia and I am fearful of cancer so my choice is that I would much rather be schizophrenic.

That’s a horrible question to ask. Schizophrenia isn’t going to kill you but cancer might. It’s a strong possibility that a lot of us will end up with both.

I choose SZ over cancer. My dad died of cancer about a month ago. He had glioblastoma brain cancer.

My parents both survived cancer and are still around. I’m still disabled with schiz. I’d take cancer over schiz.
