I would hate to not be able to express how I’m feeling to somebody that would be hell, diesease like MS and Parkinson’s come to mind

Speak, If I need to communicate I can learn sign language or write down what I want to communicate and show it to someone. Going blind or deaf, there are no fixes for that.
