I never learned how to tune my cheap acoustic guitar so there were periods where i just made songs based on the untuned sounds of the guitar at the moment! Plus, there was like a period of a half year where it was missing a string.
I was sza and broke at the time when i had that guitar, like ten years ago, so it didn’t matter to me. I just played my heart out to drown out the intrusive thoughts, so it was great for me at the time! then, i got more psychotic and had to be hospitalized…but that’s anotehr story!
i say make the best of your guitar how it is now while saving for a better one!

as long as you can practice do it. fingers will be more flexible. but if it is out of tune it would be bad for your ear.

Yep defo practice with what you got! I learnt on a crappy cheap guitar with a bent neck but when I got a new one, man it was way easier! Makes you a better player in the end!
