I gave up desserts and snack foods like chips for a week. It has been a week. I feel less anxious and I may have lost a pound. Now I am going for a second week.

I’ve been trying to buy less sweets like cookies and ice cream because when I get my night time munchies I totally pig out on them.
I am on 16 years… best ever, solved my depression and weight issues.
Yeah I gave up sugar and fat and lost weight and felt pretty good. I exercise a lot too so that helps but it’s an easy thing to adjust too if your determined. Low carbs seems to be good for some with sz and low sugar is great for most.
I got honney in the house and that counts as sweet. But working on dropping the sweets myself as well.
Don’t wanna cut fruits as well…
You can lose a pound going to the bathroom. I like dessert.
Nope. Big nope.
Pass the homemade ice cream.
Thats why i alternate between the bathroom and dessert.
