I heard that they are so cheap but you should renovate it in a few years. They want to boost their economy.

Would you buy one though? Hard to buy and renovate and pay fees when we are limited to 2k in bank account. Also, if you are on ssi you lose your benefits if you leave the country.

I probably won’t cuz I hoped to live in a city all the time. The islands looked beautiful but also have many empty houses

I went to their website and they’re pretty much shacks…I mean the city is beautiful and the scenery but I’m guessing tens of thousands of dollars to renovate the whole thing.
