Would u ever do cold shower therapy?

I had a shower on the coldest setting today for 5 minutes. When I got out I felt really happy. Thinking maybe it does help depression

We used to have cold showers as punishments when I was at public school. It really woke you up at first , but by lunchtime you were really tired.

Wim Hof, a guy who climbed Mt. Everest in a pair of shorts only, uses cold exposure to train others to do similar things. He suggests things like taking a bath in the coldest water setting, and breathing therapy.

I tried it for a few days but it was too much fuss, I wasn’t feeling much better from my headache symptoms either.

I would never do a cold bath or shower. I hate the cold too much. I live in a climate of very cold in winter and very hot and muggy in the summer and I don’t want to impose any more misery than that on myself.

I take cold showers everyday and it really wakes you up and you feel energised. I live in South Florida so it’s pretty hot and the cold showers help you stay cool plus there are a lot of benefits to cold showers as well. If you google benefits of cold showers you’ll see all the information that’s out there.

Only if the “smokin’ hot blonde therapy” I had been trying for a session of became unavailable.

I hate showering at the best of times. I’d likely never shower again if I had to take a cold one. Winter is awful enough.

I heard that the cold water forces the blood to circulate to the internal, so that it’s really good for your organs. I always rinse off in cold water. It is invigorating to me.
