Been taking cold showers the last week. Great for anxiety. Longest I’ve gone is about 6 minutes. Thinking about getting an ice bath in the near futur.

It is tougher in Winter i found out.
I used to take them for fibromyalgia and it worked to an extent, but in a cold bathroom in miserable Winter I found it really hard.
Luckily, removing processed sugar from my diet works to keep fibro in remission for me, so I don’t need the cold showers anymore.

Yeah winter it sux but I do it in summer. Good benefits if your exercising it would seem so it’s worth doing. We don’t have a bath anymore so ice baths are out of the question.
