I have family members who’ve had it. One problem is getting enough nutrients with such small serving sizes, and tif you don’t, and overeat, you’ll start vomiting everything back up.
I have one family member who are unhealthy after gastric bypass, anc due to severe nutrient deficiency, she ended up brain damaged. She used to be a CFO of a large company. Now she needs a caretaker 24/7. It’s so sad.
My sister had surgery, and she eats ok but still has deficiencies because she can only eat a small amount but doesn’t always make sure she gets everything in. Now she needs all kinds of supplements etc to keep her healthy.
Personally, I chose to lose without surgery. I lost 100 pounds this last year. And I don’t have deficiencies.
Just remember that with surgery, you still have to say no to large portions and junk food.
@Wave@anon69073975 Thanks! I do feel better. I no longer need medicine for high cholesterol, high blood pressure or diabetes. I still don’t like how my body looks, but I just need to keep working out to fix that. It’ll take quite a while since I don’t have the drive needed to get a really intense workout going but that’s ok I guess.
