She hasn’t eaten in a week. I checked everything temp and humidity are good. I ordered silkworms for her and the bearded dragons but she wont eat them.
I called the vet again. And he said her last fecal came back clean. I’m thinking maybe she just needs smaller feeders more often instead of one big meal a week.
Was it you that said some time ago about cleaning a habitat but you moved something around so your pet wouldn’t eat? Same thing here maybe? Best wishes for Jasper though.
I thought that was it so I took out the fake plant. She got stressed yesterday. I was trying to feed her and trooper the male cat jumped up on the counter right in front of her tank and she hissed and lunged at him. No one got hurt.
Well thank heavens for that. Maybe it’s just stress. Perhaps give it a bit before altering the feeding schedule. I know very little about amphibians so take me with a grain of salt.
thats actually good advice believe it or not. though because of today i’m starting to suspect that maybe its also the worms. they aren’t red wiggler worms i got from a local store. she took a bite and spit it out.
i asked my partner to buy another containers of worms from somewhere else. she cant do it today but maybe tomorrow
