Workbooks and books

Well my psychologist has recommended numerous books to me so far.

  1. The bipolar work book 2nd edition
  2. The OCD workbook
  3. Quiet by Susan Cain
  4. Highly Sensitive Person by Elaine Aron

and to watch this ted talks.

i scored very high on high sensitivity, and also fairly introverted.
