I just started reading this book. I really like the tone of it, which is both nonjudgmental and even a little comforting. It’s also concise but doesn’t overload you with information.
I’d like to try some of the exercises, which is something I normally don’t do in workbooks. I usually just read through for the information.
I start a DBT group next month, and I’m a little nervous about it. In the meantime, I was happy to find this psychosis-specific resource.
I did one similar to that but it was green and was for BPD. I did it like 10 years ago. It was very helpful and the exercises made it easy to understand. I credit it for helping me overcome my worst symptoms of Borderline.
