or my son

I never go out alone

I never go anywhere the odd time I do I just want to leave as soon as I get there

We met some interesting people yesterday out and about

everybody’s got a story to tell

Phil does most of the talking

I only go out to get my meds now. But when I do I go to a cafe too. So I leave the house once a month at the moment.

I think people often think I am a little off when they look at me. I have those kind of “eyes” if you know what I mean.

I notice other mentally ill people roaming round my home town

I don’t go out on my own too often.
If I do it’s for picking up a few items at the supermarket.
I don’t stay long.

I go outside for bank, groceries, and laundry

while trying to stack them into 1 bad day per month.

I have been isolating a lot too lately. Need to start gym though
