Wish I had better clothes

I need better clothes…what I wear is between one pair of pants, several pairs of shorts, and then about ten t shirts I wear every day…all the t shirts are black. I just wish I could dress up once in a while.

Are there any thrift stores in your town/city, Juke?

You can often find really nice stuff in them. Just make sure to wash it before you wear it.

And if you have a Catholic Charities in your city they can give you what’s called a clothing voucher and you can use it to get clothes at any thrift store that they own.

Walmart is another option too. They carry lots of nice stuff these days including lots of graphic tees and cheap jeans.

yes, but it’s up to my mom to buy clothes for me, I think I’ll mention it to her, thanks. no thrift stores in town. walmart? pah lease.

Same. I bought a pair of light blue jeans and a white t shirt recently, very nice but I need a buy more clothes. Wanna wear jeans more instead of shorts all the time

@shutterbug first of all, I don’t have any extra money to buy clothes, and If I DID I wouldn’t buy from walmart…

ha judge me…I don’t smoke weed anymore, I don’t buy prints anymore unless I can spare twenty…when you sit over there on your mountain of money I wouldn’t pass such judgmeent on someone in a different class than you…I am poverty. you are wealthy.

@shutterbug not my problem…I can’t work because of brain damage and I expect next you are going to say I should work.? you blow your own horn all the time about all the great things you do and then poo on me for not wanting to wear clothes from walmart that are just going to fall apart within a year because they are shoddy material.

you are one in a few @shutterbug I am really pleased you are here first of all…second of all…you are a dynamo bad ass. I know of a few sz’s that are working and doing well…it’s just not me…i tried.
