Don’t be so hard on yourself chordy!

It’s hard. We are our own worst critics.

The thoughts happen before I’ve thought of them.

Sounds like they are quite automatic. That’s maybe cos they are quite strong.

Idk wat to say.

Hope u find a way 2 b more gentle on urself

Yes me ofcourse. I repeat every time “i am mad.” This sentence in Hindi. I feel comfortable with it.

You can learn how to automatically have positive thoughts.

It’s called therapy.

I do this a lot too.

It has been a motivator, but an unhealthy one at best

Judgment is automatic and organic. Love takes a little more time.

Its up to you. You basically have to change the way you think. Like the ankle biter says, therapy can help with that. Or if you find yourself thinking that way just change the topic in your head. I could be very self critical but i dont think that way.

I’ve got to stop describing myself as withdrawn, cold, and stinky.

Sounds like depression may be the problem …

It ran in the family. That makes it difficult to shake off.
