I might have to spend Christmas alone. Things might get icy this morning…it’s going to be foggy too.
I didn’t bother to get groceries yesterday, because of the Christmas crowds. I just hoped too much that I’d be going to visit relatives. Now, I’ll be eating oatmeal all day…

If it’s freezing rain, my relative can’t pick me up. Driving can get dangerous. I have two heavy bags, so I don’t want to take two buses on Christmas Day. They’ll be running on a Christmas schedule, and I might have to stand around in freezing rain.

Hmmm. Tempting to go out there but it might be risky. It’s up to you if you think it’s worth the risk of going and it getting worse weather.

It will be up to the relative. If she feels it’s safe to drive me, than it’s safe. But if it’s not, a lot of people will be disappointed…some of them don’t mind me being around.

Looks like there’s no freezing rain so far. Relative is picking me up in an hour. I’m glad I won’t be alone.
