Whether it be because the holidays stress you out, or you have no place to go. Whether it be because you don’t observe Christmas or because you don’t agree with what the celebration has turned into. If for any reason at all, including personal preference, you are alone for the next couple days, I want you to know I will be thinking about you and sending my deepest wishes for a warm and content end to 2022. And may we all prosper in 2023.

Thanks. I’m going to be alone for the holidays, mainly because I’m 63 years old and have few family still living. I’m hoping to at least talk to some friends tonight or tomorrow though.

I’m solo this Christmas because I didn’t want to kill my mom. I judge her pretty badly and I get angry. Tomorrow I’ll go for a walk by the skating rink. Today it’s too cold. I’m all right alone right now though for the past 15 years it’s been bad. I don’t think there’s anything good in being alone and wonder if I ever truly am alone.

I’ll be alone, too. But my church is having a caroling service with a pancake breakfast, so if it’s warm enough I’ll go to that. Plus I’ll be Zooming my family after church… I’m glad I have a fur baby to spend Xmas with me.
