I don’t understand why I was even born in the first place.

You were born for a reason. You might not see it now, but maybe later in your life you will. Everyone was born for a reason.
You are valuable…you are significant…you could help somebody else that has similar problems one day.
You are unique…everybody is different in a positive way.
Think about the things you can be thankful for. It is way better to exist than to have never been born.
Try to hold on to the things that lift your mood, be it a walk, a cup of tea, a talk with a friend or whatever it might be. Avoid activites that trouble your mind. Try to listen to your body all the time to find out what troubles you and what doesen’t.
Recognize the fact that perfection doesen’t exist. All people struggle and suffer, at least at some point in their life. You are not alone.
Try to get rid of those negative vibes although I know it is hard.
Take it easy and hang in there.
I really understand that feeling. ((Hugs))
It gives the lesson that not cling with materialistic things in life, as it all becomes pointless after die.
Consider you have everything in life, happiness all. Will it exists forever? no it all up to death so not get sad as nothing lasts forever. Our bodies age and notice the old people all have some kind of physical issues and its the way of life. Some get illness early but others late but death makes everyone equal. So don’t get sad about things in life. Be happy with what you already have, find happiness in small small things. For example just like Mr_Hope said find happiness in drinking a cup of tea, going out for a walk and many other things.
You’re on this planet to learn lessons. So learn them in this life so you don’t have to do it again in a next.
Also forget about people you see on tv and in movies. They are mostly all athletes or supermodels and live seemingly perfect lives. The world is not like that. Nobody lives perfect lives, and probably like 95% of us don’t have a “perfect” body.
Don’t get deluded by the tv or the propaganda box as I like to call it sometimes, because I knew I did when I was younger. Then later when I grew up I got to understand that the tv only portrays a dream, but what we have to deal with is reality where nobody is reading lines from a script.
I’m thankful for a lot of things but I am not thankful that I exist.

Thanks, but the reason why I keep posting these threads is that I don’t have anyone to talk to and I just want to beat the ■■■■ out of myself because it’s comfortable. If I can’t beat my trauma, I’ll just beat the ■■■■ out of myself…
I want to get out of this trauma and PTSD but nothing has worked.
If PTSD is what troubling you then you need to stop thinking about that past bad incidents. Distract your mind by doing some other things. Get busy so no time to think etc. You are allowing your mind to think about the past and thats why you feeling bad. When you see some boring TV channel what you do. Yes you instantly change the channel using remote. Same way when you get sad thoughts manually force yourself to think about some other or start doing some other activity. If you nto do anything that PTSD thoughts just over floods your mind.
