Why it could be a good idea to ditch the diet this new year

Yesterday there was a video on the keto diet. It fixes the underlying causes of bipolar, ocd and schizophrenia. But its not the complete part. Here on the forum there is a guy who is on the keto diet and still needs ( a lowe dose of medicatioN)

For a few months I have been blending frozen fruit, actimel drink, protein yogurt, a banana and a splash of milk

think it s making me more healthy than before

It’s my breakfast

It doesnt matter what time of year I make my weight loss resolutions. They always fail regardless.

Years ago I lost a ton of weight on the treadmill but that has been my only major venture into losing weight.

I’ve lost 2 stone since I stopped drinking 8 months ago without trying. I’m starting to eat more healthily, granola with greek yogurt with honey and strawberries and blue berries for breakfast, More veg and fruit, also drinking more water. I feel better psychically. I’m sleeping good and no more digestive system problems.

Just have to be rigid about the diet.

There are a lot of foods I can’t eat, including a lot of unhealthy ones or I become ill immediatly because of stomach trouble. So that made me lose a good amount of weight, kind of like getting shocked if you eat something your not supposed to. I’m sure this experience will help me to keep a desired weight, even if I recover.
