Why does my new boss take a good long look at my breasts when he is talking to me even though I am modestly dressed and certainly very plain in my work clothes?

Is it just the nature of men? I am a little buxom but I don’t want this to evolve into an awkward situation.

Boobs are there to be looked at. Why else would only humans have boobies?

for the babies! the sexualization of breasts is a western thing, many countries don’t freak out if a woman breastfeeds in public

Yes, it’s normal for men to check out women’s bodies and vice-versa of course but it sounds like he is overdoing it. He may have a not so nice motive, bad intentions or deliberately taking advantage of you. He knows what he’s doing unfortunately. He may think you’re a slight push-over. Use your female god-given right to humiliate him for doing such an uncool, amateurish thing that a teenage boy might do. Give him “the look”. The look that women have to embarrass men who assume too much of a woman. Christ, in this day and age he may even be breaking the law by making you feel uncomfortable like this.
