its good to think you are special bc it gives you good self esteem i think but obviously dont go overboard and think you are better than everyone, we have to be humble with it too,
I think i am special but i think we are all special in some way, some of us need to find what is special about them too, but iām not going to measure myself against anyone, as i say just doing our best is the best thing we can do, doing what we can when we can, be all that we can be.

yes, unique but its also nice to have some things in common too so that we can relate to each other with

Try listening to stories of others, understand how they do things, especially the elites, then most probably we will find we are nothing. I am not saying such comparison is healthy, in fact it is not.
Humans are inclined or have natural tendencies to become jealous or selfish. I still believe too much or too little does no good. Everyone is unique. Love neighbors as yourself. It is both way, we need to love ourselves, just like we love people.

We are here because we are loved or needed. I trust i am intelligent. I can read,write and count. Obviously you understand what i am saying and i understand what you are saying. But because i donāt act on it doesnāt mean i canāt understand it and therefore not intelligent.
they say that we should put others before ourselves but obviously if we are ill then its different bc its a bit more internal, you have to be in a good place to put others first,
It is really good to try and put others first though and i think it helps recovery taking our mind offf of our own problems and think about others.
helping others to help ourselves so that we can try and reach our potential and also help others to do that as well.

Yeah, helping others to help yourself. I ve seen a little bit of an authentic movie of munic. They are so many guns in that movie and close death. Fck, what a civilian suppose to be. No gun and rely on the government. Now they are building these robotmonsters. I dunno what to do. I need a bag of marshmallows. I canāt butter my sandwich because the butterknife freaks me out.

And then you probably have an SZ disorder since you are here - that makes you even more special.
There might be a reason for having the term ānormiesā, but even the ānormiesā are very special, but not so much as we are.
